We never serve the same meal twice in 4 weeks!

This program was designed to remove the struggle, uncertainty, and effort needed to keep a balanced ketogenic
way of eating. It was beta tested this summer, with amazing results. Participants ranged in age from 14-75. Not only
did everyone enjoy it, but they each lost between 2lbs and 6lbs per week on average.

This will not look anything like our current entrees, which are comprised of “comfort food” items, with random choices
and no guidance. This program will be comprehensive, fun, and interesting. We even include optional boosters and
supplements for you to try! You will most likely see a different eating style than what you are used to. Because meals
are so closely portioned and calculated, we are able to add in small amounts of fruits, legumes, and starches that you’d
traditionally avoid on your own. The goal is to jump start our metabolisms, and detox the system. Everything will be keto,
gluten free, and sugar free. You will be told what to eat throughout the day, but it can be on your own personal schedule.
This will not be appropriate for everyone; only those of you who are fully committed to change.

Because the focus will be on quality and freshness, it will be delivered to your home twice each week. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and sometimes snacks and/or optional boosters are included. Each day is organized in its own bag with inspirational mantras, instructions, and detailed nutritional info. The first delivery will include our custom designed food journal for your convenience. Deliveries will be made on Sunday evenings (with food for Monday-Wednesday) and Wednesday evenings (with food for Thursday through Sunday). Delivery is FREE within a 20 mile radius from our shop. If you are outside of that area, please contact us (vicki@ketocheftogo.com) to see if we can accommodate you. There may be an additional fee unless others in your area are also participating.
Moseley, VA is one of those areas where we have current enrollment, so even if you live near Brandermill, Woodlake, Hampton Park, or in Moseley, you are probably fine for free delivery

Bite Club is a 4 week boot camp, and everyone must start at the same time. Membership is limited based on managing
our volume as a micro business. You may not begin mid stream. If you have too many allergies or food aversions, you
will not be accepted to participate, as variations cannot be made for individuals. Everyone receives the same packages.
What you choose to eat from that is up to you, and will not be substituted. Previous participants eventually felt like there
was more than they actually needed, and either shared with other family members or froze for later.

Your investment will be $195 (plus tax) per week. This will include literally everything you should be eating. Food is fully
prepared and ready to eat with minimal work. Maximum effort=heat and eat!

All participants will be required to pay for the 4 weeks, even if you quit. If you are unhappy with the plan you may opt out, and you will have up to $195 to spend in the shop for that week. It will not roll over to the next week, because you are committing to that payment each week. There items will not be delivered to your home. Anyone who does not pay in full before we start must consent to automatic billing of their credit card for $195 (plus tax) per week for 4 weeks.

We reserve the right to choose from applicants, based on our perceived ability to meet your needs.

The only substitutions allowed will be ones that we offer, so please be prepared to go with the flow. Again: no special
menu accommodations shall be made. One size must fit all. Allergies must be disclosed, and we reserve the right to
exclude you on that basis.

Please do not sign up if you have nut allergies or cannot handle dairy. Menus will not be available ahead of time.
Applications will be taken from now until January 24, 2021. We regret if the demand exceeds our capacity on this round, but
we are simply trying to ensure our ability to fulfill this commitment to our members.
